What is Reflexology

Reflexology is an integrative health practice that is both an art and science. Using carefully applied reflex techniques to stimulate the neural pathways, linking organs and the body systems, supporting the body's efforts to function optimally.

We love reflexology as a science requiring careful study, dedicated practice, and sound knowledge of reflex techniques and body systems.

We love reflexology as a healing art through our hands, using patience, focused intention, and tender care.

The effectiveness of reflexology is recognized worldwide by various national health institutions and the public at large as a distinct complementary practice within the holistic health field (Reflexology Association of America, 2025).

Meet Your Reflexologist

At Sole Sisters Reflexology & Wellness, we are dedicated to providing exceptional reflexology & wellness services.  Sole Sisters is owned and operated by a mom and her two daughters.

Hi everyone,

I am Kenna.

I am the mother to one sweet little boy.

In my past-time I enjoy riding my horses, Spirit and Leroy, tooling leather, painting and of course spending time with my family.

My mom is Christy and my sister is Chloe. I am beyond grateful to practice with such a strong group of women.

I cannot wait to work with you!

-Kenna

Hi I'm Christy,

I'm a wife, mother, and grandmother. Some of my hobbies include riding horse, trying to garden, and learning about healthy ways to thrive.

As a Doctor of Nursing Practice, I have over 25 years of nursing expertise to support our reflexology & wellness practice. We are thrilled to be able to offer a service that helps the body rebalance itself, instead of just taking another pill.

What a dream it is to be able to work with my girls through reflexology & wellness paths!

I look forward to working with all of you too!

Warmly,

Christy

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Handicap Accessible? We do have an area that only requires one step, otherwise there are six steps with a handrail to enter our private "Sole Sisters Reflexology & Wellness" area.

Can I keep my socks on? The great thing about reflexology is that you do not have to get naked. We do however, need to remove your socks so we can have the best access to your reflexes. AND you get to choose if you want to sit in a reclining chair or use a massage table.

What type of payment do you accept? Cash, Check, Credit Card, and we are happy to provide you a receipt so you can use your HSA/FSA card.

How far out can I book? Our Calendar allows for 30 days out. If you need farther, just ask, we are happy to accommodate if we are able.

Do you have gift certificates? We sure do, they can be purchased on our website (up at the top) and automatically emailed to your recipient, or they can be purchased in person.

I have never tried reflexology, do you have any recommendations? The classic 60-minute session on the feet is simply amazing and what we recommend for a first session. If you are wanting to try other modalities, we can split sessions in increments of 30 minutes of your choice of feet, hand, face/ear.

Are there any contraindications (when we cannot do reflexology)?  Recent history of blood clots, first trimester of pregnancy, preeclampsia, and gestational diabetes. All of which we can do reflexology on, if you have permission from your primary care provider.
